Also this is marked as the last HC show but a few days later Hatebreed played the last show there
this was when they were headlining 2nd stage of ozzfest. They had to keep the show secret because, that was one of the first yrs they began having Off-fest dates....I think it was $5 lol

I talked to Jaimie at the show who told me Homebase was one of 3 clubs on the east coast that gave them a place to play, consistently, when Hatebreed started

fuck I can't believe I rem this but hope gives an idea of the scene that existed in Wilkes Barre

Homebase was one of those small diy clubs that wouldn't quit, until the Murray complex began to close in 2002(which housed homebase)
this club laid host to MANY contemporary hc, post-hc, Indy and metal bands(thursday, hatebreed,DEP, coheed, glassjaw, shadows fall)
I was at this show and have it on VHS somewhere
Shotgun Facelift=best band name ever

  Thank you
I've been a fan of Cage for many years. It was an honor to do this.

His rhymes aren't so much about doing Drugs and killing ppl anymore, hence the name of his new album "Depart from me".

I took what I knew of chris's career/music and imagined this illustration.

I felt I had to be careful not to bite to hard off of how well Alex Pardee's work represents Cage.

Thanks to ABNRML for printing!
