  hey drawsomething: go fuck yourself. you don't know the details of any of these posters. my guy had less than 24 hours to pull this off. the first artist missed 3 deadlines, then didn't tell me he couldn't do it until the day before it had to go to the printer...not to mention the cobras and dirtbombs both absolutely LOVED this image, and sold shitloads at the shows. in short, kiss my ass, loudmouth.

  there's kind of a timeline of grimshaw font development, from the '66 shit to today, and you can just see it get better and better. by mid '67, he was arguably as good as anyone in the business. the guy's a fucking type machine now, still pretty much drawing it all by hand and from memory...heh, heh. typoglyphics.
