	Martin Kaye's only book, FACADE: ALPHABETS ETCETERA, published by De Buitenkant (Amsterdam) in 1985 (edited by Jan de Jong) is one of the hardest graphic arts books to find, but well worth searching for because of Kaye's stunning handmade alphabet typography (and dozens of his street-wise posters are included as well).
