To each their own of course, but as time goes on I'm wanting more and more "pure" metal without the "don't forget the struggles, don't forget the streets" wegro influence creeping in. I heard all that stuff when it was invented, I think metal took a big downturn when the HC influence came in. I like the dark, weird days of pre-85 metal and hard rock. I'm sick of "message" music. Keep it epic.
Metal and core, two things that should never have mixed. Except for maybe S.O.D. Wonder if this is the pre-Testament Legacy? And the Mustaine-produced Sanctuary. I believe Necrovore were a raw death metal band.
