5Rock: I do all my shit by the numbers. A calibrated monitor is a myth, but in the info pallet in Photoshop you can set it up to show the CMYK values for the RGB percentages on the screen. Those are the numbers I look at because they correspond to the CMYK values for the CMYK profile that I have dialed in in Photoshop. There are different CMYK profiles for different types of printing. It's not all SWOP Coated 20, which is basically default for Offset and what Photoshop generally uses.
