Your best punk era photo

Hey everyone, we're in the process of putting together the '80s (punk flyer) section of the film (documentary about rock poster art), and we're looking for photographs from that era - Namely, shots of people punked out: doc martins, spiked hair, leather, ripped clothes, etc etc etc.

If you have some good shots of yourself from that era, and you'd like to see them in the movie, feel free to post 'em here - Or if you'd rather, you can also email them to: pics@freakfilms.com . Please include names of people in the pics and contact info, we'll need to send you a photo release if they're chosen.

heres a good one, i actually jsut found all these last week.

i'm all the way on the right in the comic releif shirt, the dude 2nd from left is Mauz (on here he's El Raton, he owns Monolith press in oakland also was in mindrot, dystopia and a bunch of other cool bands). the dude on the left works at the place that prints Maximum Rock and Roll.

this was taken sometime in 88 i think? at my house, that's my bedroom.

all my punk looking pics have never been scanned.

i never really looked all that punk other than shaving my head, it was always to much work.

I was in the same boat as Andy. The punk look was too much work so I just shaved my head, rolled up the cuffs on my pants and wore boots or beat-up sneakers. Damn I was skinny!
