Pollock only has four (IV, 4) posters on here, and they're all for Phish and also they all RULE.
Well, at least my reservations are recorded here for posterity.
As much as I dislike Phish, their posters belong here. 20 years from now, people will be more interested in viewing a few archived Phish posters then 400 Oshe posters.
I know what you mean Mike, I've always liked Pollock's stuff, I just wish it was for another band.
i hate phish in every molecule of my body, but i love pollock's posters (it's like the ames bros/pearl jam thing)
Embrace all with love. Peace forever and ever. Etc etc.
OK, like I said, it was just my opinion. Phish has fired warning shots across our virtual bow, and I just thought it would be fitting to shun their existence. I guess that was just bitterness.
Tom's putting forth his personal philosophy.
I think that many people forget what this site's intent is. We're just a bunch of dopes hanging out at a museum.
Tom's gittin' all serious.
GigPosters is not a promotional tool or a poster-maker club. It is an archive for all show posters.
I know Pollock is their friend, and I like Pollack's stuff, but I'd just assume Phish posters be banned from this site all together . . . that band doesn't work with us in good faith, why promote them at all?
Just a thought.
cool, even if it is for a Phish concert.
