I liked it when block E was a bunch of seedy bars, strip joints, head shops and hookers. At least it was interesting visually. Now it's like browsing a stock photography web site as far as people watching is concerned.

I hate that The Hard Rock Cafe and the restaurant at the other end of the block BOTH pipe loud music outside. You can hear them both at the same time competing for your ear's attention. Obnoxious.
