I generally enjoy a hot shower for an hour or more with coffee. Then I like to relax and have some 'me' time, reflecting on the direction my life has taken - mistakes I've made, how I can be more kind to people, etc. Then around noon I get a rub down, do a mineral mask and finish off with a soothing talc. By then I'm ready for some leather or even a rubber shirt. Sometimes that can take an hour or more. Then it's off to dance the night away to Mastodon.
