Whether you meant to or not your words implied that this was not legit, which is far from the truth. We were given approval to produce a poster with the intent to send it only to the band to do as they see fit. We were given an address in Cincy to send the posters to then the info changed and we were told to send the posters to the band in care of the venue for day of show arrival. I have heard nothing about the posters not getting in to the right hands. We no longer do work for the Southgate House so that would be why none were hung as promotion.
I will stop now since this is far more info than we should have to give out to prove this posters legitimacy. Over and out and BaBaBooey to all.
I was just disappointed i couldn't find one at the show. That's all. I kinda wanted to get is signed by the band while i was there.
Do you have any to sell?
i am not trying to say anything bad. i have no idea how this poster thing works..I figured if it was a gigposter that is should have been sold at the gig or atleast hung somewhere inside or out.
i wish he had given me one...saying i was working for the band. I was there 6 hours before the show and was inside. I saw no mention of this poster and i actually asked merch doode and management
anyhow...cool print to say the least.
Umm, not all posters are sold at shows. We did these for the band. The last time we did one for them Greg Dulli requested to keep all the posters so he could give them out to friends. Maybe that is what happened this time as well.
