I designed it. I am Alex Cruz. Yes it is a famous wood block print as noted by Dusty... I drew inspiration from, not much is changed from the print, I made image adjustments, but I wanted to stay true to the original, my small adjustment was putting the radio tower in sounding an alarm. Saves The Day's new cd is titled Sound The Alarm so I thought this was an interesting spin on the title...

It probably one of the most famous image out of japanese classic japanese woodcuts, "In The Hollow of a Wave off the Coast at Kanagawa" by Katsushika Hokusai. he just put a radio tower in. Lame.
