stinkbaitSend stinkbait a message :   i'm not anti off set. it totally has it's place. I will say if something is designed to look like a screen print I think it should be screen printed. Ewing's stuff does look great but most of it should be screen printed.
Janee Meadows stuff is awesome and would be a pain in the ass to screen:

offset is perfect for it and doesn't make it less desirable. Same with Jason Malmberg

JephSend Jeph a message :   andy's pissed   2006-08-05 22:50:02
andydieselSend andydiesel a message :   people who don't like ofset printing, one, don;t know the potential with it and two, are totally closed minded to other process's.
Casey's warped tour poster was offset printed on uncoated paper with spot colors and looks as good as any screenprint.
frankly i'm getting pretty sick of people ragging on offset printing when they don't have a clue about the process.
and yes, this is a great poster

stinkbaitSend stinkbait a message :   I know a lot of folks don't like offset but this is a perfect example of how an offset is just as powerful as a screen print. Kieser did some amazing work.   2006-08-05 22:23:29
