Not all that close to a Death Head. I don't see a problem. Some chapthers use flaming helmeted skulls rather than winged helmeted skulls for support merchandise for the public.

There are two stories about where the name came from. Neither involves getting high on fire or anything else.
But I barely believe either of those stories anyway.
No matter how you look at it the name fits the band perfectly. Thats all that matters.
