Sounds good to me...

JermaineSend Jermaine a message :   Thank you. This is about 24 X 18...screenprinted on 80lb. cover vellum. The illo was stolen from a 15th century etching. The face is arresting...or, it was to me. The text speaks for itself.   2002-07-01 23:12:22
Mr FrumpySend Mr Frumpy a message :   JERMAINE.
THANKS MAN FOR THE PACKAGE~!!! Arrived safe n well. You put in a morrissey poster ( as much as I dislike him, its a great poster...better in person, which I am glad to say I wouldnt know bout morrissey)... sadly it will go on my wall only cause of jack...hahahaha. You put in Sooo many fucking posters. Death Cab and the fugazi look awesome in person! The international noise looks soo cool too...and man, the strokes poster was excellent too. I started at this site just as that whole topic thread which inspired it was in full swing... seems so apt that the day after I admit my addiction to this site to Annacas, I get that poster. Man, this is soo cool!!! Many Thanks dude.

homeSend home a message :   Kozik, Uncle Charlie, Jermaine Rogers, Kuhn...all the Texas artists rock the scene. There is really no comparison in my eyes. So much creative talent in one part of the country. Each of the 4 kind of address different parts of my mind.   2002-04-22 12:05:51
uncle charlieSend uncle charlie a message :   well stated my friend.   2002-04-22 11:40:40
kozikSend kozik a message :   I think that Jermaine has pretty much proven he's a highly talented poster designer with a range of styles. This one definately looks like the "texas' era, but it's well done, vibrant, clear in its info and eye-catching. All that REALLY matters is that Jermaine and hopefully the band or promoter liked it and found it useful.   2002-04-22 10:36:26

REPLIKASend REPLIKA a message :   I think CONCEPT and ARTWORK are equally important, otherwise you got a great piece of art that means nothing. Or a really good idea executed badly. Thats why this one is so cool, because the image is really good but the idea about Christ being a victim of cop brutality of his day, thats just sweet and so dead on. I likes.   2002-03-19 16:54:37
skinSend skin a message :   The subject matter here is pretty sharp. This is a 'frame it and hang it in your living room' kind of piece. That image of Jesus is pretty surreal.   2002-03-14 09:03:12
philaarts.comSend philaarts.com a message :   hey anything "kozik" is a complement.
*in my opinion* just so designers dont go nuts in some stupid debate

JermaineSend Jermaine a message :   Its older, but its still somewhat a favorite of mine...moreso because of the 'thought'/subject-matter than the 'execution'/artwork. But, point-taken.   2002-03-13 21:17:29
JermaineSend Jermaine a message :   'Pure Kozik'? Why, thank you. :)   2002-03-13 20:31:59
