Friend just told me how he had this and didn't know how much it was worth until going to RockArt Gallery in the city one day. He called his ex-wife, who had all his stuff, and tried to get it back. She said she sold it for $50 bucks with all of the other shit of his (nice clothes, guitars, etc.).
Made me cringe.
Actually, this current eBay auction for the poster is closer to reality:

No way this picture does this poster justice. For one thing, the lettering is orange, not yellow. The highlights in the hair are pink/purple, not white. Frank, anyway to get a decent image of this beauty up?
Never seen/heard of a 13" x 19" version of this unless it's some glossy magazine insert or something. The full size screenprint is where it's at and so are cross bikes.
"overrated"
My bicycle or the poster?
I have several bicycles, and posters. I bike everywhere in Portland, Oregon. But my main ride is a Novara Element cyclocross. Plus, "posterjoe" sounds so trite in this forum.
Trying to get some details cleared up. So, what are the real deminsions on this? Why does Expresso Beans and Nevermind Gallery say 13X19, but all of the ones I have seen, including mine, are 22.5X35? Also, how many of the 500 were actually numbered and signed? That information seems to be sketchy. And, one last thing, does this picture do the poster justice? In person, the yellow is more of a neon yellow/orange and the red in the flag borders on hot pink/flourescent red.
Yeah Melissa. She didn't do all of Franks posters but she did this one.
I'm writing an expose for Rolling Stone called 'The True Story of Frank Kozik'
You're all gonna be blown away by the shit I've unearthed on that scoundrel.
Little known fact. One of Frank employees at the time created this.
Frank really didn't do much of his own design work from 1991 to 2001. Anybody whos seen the crap he's done recently should be able to see that. Notice the difference in quality?
bought this from the man himself just last week. fucking amazing. one of my all-time favorites by frank. the indian is high bear, just in case you were wondering. was he a sioux?
