a friend of mine interviewed the actor who played spanky a few years ago, and began asking him a bunch of questions about "our gang" and "little rascals"... and his reply was, "hey, i was 5 years old when we did that, i don't fucking remember any of it."

I knew Spanky was gonna head down this troubled path. He had way too much power as a child. He ran his own gang and everyone did whatever they were told. He'd always have Buckwheat and Alfalfa doing all of his crazy schemes to win the ladies and get over on "the man". Now he's gambling and running booze. Another troubled child star. Great poster. I have this illustration at home on the cover of one of the old issues of Murder Can Be Fun (the zine, not the comic) for the issue on child murderers....there's some crazy stuff in there...does that zine still come out? dont' think I've seen a new one in quite a while...
