Reptile Club? 70's Christian Art? Do tell more on a thread. I like the poster, however. The bottom type doesn't seem to sute the logo type up top though. Think the type up top suites the poster better than the type below.
70's Christian Art!!!!!!!!
In the 70's we used to have these Reptile Club meetings at an Episcopalian church and they had the greatest appliqued banners!
pretty great poster. i'm really sick of 70's period aping, but this one sorta hits the weird notch between hallmark pyschedelia and christian banner art.
wish i could do that.
Don't bust on a guy cause he's trying to strategically distill and synthesize a cohesive critique of typography.
Paradigm synergy paradigm.
catch phrase alert!!!
this is top notch upper shelf crucial.
my only comment would be that the main type isnt as dynamic as the type below.
The Hula Hula guys really rock! Saludos paisanos!!! Que bueno que Fobia esta de regreso!
This is an excellent example of taking a most likely uninteresting promo photo and making into something really eye-catching. I think this is really good. Colors, lettering, layout.
it's pretty rare to see a well done poster featuring a band photo - nice job of incorporating all the elements
this is really great. how did you print it? the logo font reminds me of "Space 1999"...
i like this one right here.
Colour and composition: A+
