This little girl was the subject of an HBO documentry about child beauty pagents. It was WAY scary.

The hometown boys kickin' out the art...This one freaked me out when I first saw it. The guys claim that it's not that Ramsey kid: it's some look-alike. After looking at a while and noticing subtle things in the poster, it became more disturbing.
