OK... Tod wants a real critique of his poster? Sure, no problem. It's just as boring as the music of sunder. It juxtaposes two seemingly disparate elements revealing a hidden connection between the two. The resulting pun pretends to convey a deeper meaning beyond itself, but upon inspection actually has nothing more to say.
Tod is as angry as anybody stuck in Montana has a right to be. That's a good start. Now the real challenge: using that anger energy to produce something meaningful. I wish him luck.
"Burn all the barns" Yeah. All viseral 'n shit. Now see if you can translate that into a message.
Dude, I got this from your website, if you're such a badass, why are you acting like a baby?
"Sunder is unique in that it still has one member who plays no instruments and does not sing. Williams, a shadowy figure who will not be photographed, calls upon Montana history and mythology to inspire and guide the group as they build themselves into an accomplished rock act.
Sunder's lyrics are a mix of violent images of the prairie and dark loneliness of the Rocky Mountains. In a state riddled with poverty, right-wing militia extremists and farm house meth labs, they write songs that are both an graphic depiction of this hard life and an escape from it.
With a mix of metal, punk and heavy rock, Sunder pound out songs with the rage and introspection of a small town existence. Honesty, strength and anger from the sons of the working class, Sunder throw down an intense live show that is as tough as they come.
Sunder is the new American West.
If that was supposed to illicit a response, here ya go:
Not enough info on poster. Where is this taking place? How much money should I bring to get in? Is this an ACDC or Evel Knievel tribute band? Are jump suits required?
Is this your first time using Photoshop?
And i want my money back.
I also don't like it, so it's bad.
They'e just opinions, man. Chill out. Clay is God here, not me.
