A lil more about this poster: The clubowner is the one who kept pushing me to put naked girls on my posters. I was very resistant because I think it's overdone with little thought. Most of the naked chick posters I've seen on this site are images stolen from websites or magazine with some bad font thrown on 'em. It's even better when they obscure the face or eyes so as to totally objectify the woman. I took the photos (over 70) of the model here and the one I did last week that no one seemed to take any issue with. This poster, and the first in this series, sold like hotcakes to both guys and gals. People have asked to have the models sign them. I nearly sold out of posters at a psychobilly show - a crowd that is notoriously cheap. If you want to check out exploitive, check out my other naked girl pic - I used my vegan girlfriend to promote a band called Red Meat. Anyway, thanks to everyone for their comments good AND bad. I understand a lot of the criticism and I think it's a good thing to discuss.

The only thing exploited here is the public's desire to see someone's half naked little sister all heated up & ready to get her groove on. I'm guessing there were other photos from this shoot that could have been considered, and probably other girls as well. The choice of this one seems thought out and makes for an interesting composition. Those eyes follow you around the room. Compare this with other T&A themed posters, from Coop's perfectly scullpted 36-24-36 devil girls to others on the site for bands like Nashville Pussy, etc. The shapes of those women are way more stereotypical, sometimes to the point of excess. Much less of that here, and yet so much more. This drips with naughtiness, and I don't see it as just another semi-nude pic. This is a nice tight (sorry) design.

This poster is well designed and does it's job perfectly. POW? I don't know, but doubt it was picked just for the T&A. Not many POWs seem to have that type of imagery.

By the same token, would you exclude it for POW because of the same elements? I think this is great. This same formula wouldn't always come off so well with another girl, different flames, different layout. This just has the right combination of those things to pull it off. The choice of photo is EVERYTHING here. The pose & expression are killer. Subdued colors except for red are awesome. Color for the nipples & shorts is rad. White of the eyes & teeth pop. Small breasts are way hot. A buxom chick here would have been over the top cliche, since this is pushing it already. Fucking great design, very well-deserved in my opinion.
