hmm... thanks for your insight HYNES. Thing is with letterpress, I have very limited type access unless i carve it myself, so exploring can only go so far. I can't punch a button and make the type bigger or smaller. Maybe I could have played with color instead, with similar type size, or something. I'll keep it in mind, tho I prolly wont use the same Melvins/Elvis idea again... or will I?

Seriously on the high end of the scale, I passed this over on the thumbnail at first as i thought it was an elvis tribute or something. I love the style, the image and the typography together on this, but my only criticism would be that its slightly over-stylised for what its promoting. I think more exploration could be done on the ELVIS/melvins type integration which alone is an ingenius idea and could perhaps made for an even stronger poster?
