This has got to be one of my favorite ones so far. Thank god you didn't use red and blue. The green is perfect. Great job on the lettering, you guys really managed to keep everything readible despite all the lines. Awesome.
It is hard to believe that you decided not to exploit the opportunity to make a red/blue 3D poster for a roomful of people wearing 3D glasses. But damn Sam, there's really no arguing with ths poster. Your handmade letters and lines leave the rest behind.
This is outstanding. I think if I were doing a poster for a 3-D show I might have immediately gone for the red/blue glasses reference. This image sidesteps that cliché and is so much better as a result.
I really like this one. I think the use of colors harkens back to a time when 3-D promised to be more that it's actually become.
Is it too obvious for me to wonder how this would look if one lense projected red, and the other blue, so that the idea of 3-D Glasses kicks you even more in the face?
not sure if i'll sell em at the show..
hmm i might brign a stack
somewhere in the 5-10 range
other wise i'm having poster sales at my place the 21st and 22nd in order to get rid of crap and fund my move
i'm really excited for this
les angles morts are the new mtl band to watch for
all thier shows are set to film and animation (all the guys are film makers and/or video artists)
this will however be thier first foray into 3-d .
