the text is lyrics from one of Finch's songs - "What It Is To Burn" This band rules!!! I heard them on the Plea For Peace album...well worth the 5 bucks for 2 cds. I really like their new album. I had to draw the damn piece twice, which caused me to fuck up my schedule. The first piece was a bit off since I was stupid enough to do this straight on. I doubt anybody would notice, but it was freaking me out. So I did a 2nd version which you see here. Shameless plug: I'm giving away the original art (11" x 17") for the first version to any lucky stiff that orders a poster from my site after 2/1/03. Nudge nudge wink wink.
