I have always given the posters to the band and let them sell them and just took back what it cost and the bands love that idea. They get money for nothing and I make my money back.

I'm done selling posters at shows. People are busy buying beer, cds, t-shirts, drugs, etc. Plus it always felt kind of lame to take money the band could be collecting. You know, for beer and whatnot.
