thanks m'man... kinda feel like a late developer up here!!! some nice work getting done in the rest of the uk by you guys, so playing catch up i think! ...and thanks to all for the nice comments on this way
...ANYWAY enuff poetry! illustrations based upon the sea of tents that sprawls around the T in the Park festival site, and also kinda harking to an aerial view of the uk countryside ...neat little fields surrounded by hedgerows/walls (the festivals in a very rural setting). the illustration was done by a US-based design student we had over here in scotland for the summer at my design company ... i think our fields looked kinda “cute” compared to the vast agricultural sprawl of the states
i'll do that... im concentrating a lot more on the poster side of things now after the idlewild prints did well there just before christmas ...just trying to find the time to fit everything in round the day job, the kids & everything else - which is we land up sittin' at laptops at 1am i suppose!
don't know anyway else doing posters over here.... dropped chris white a note to say hi... other than that, i've been heads down learning my stuff and trying to build up some interest in these north of the border... ill drop you an email sometime this week - be cool to catch up
its bloody quiet all over the UK poster wise at the mo it would seem... I'm a trainee moustache steam-groom and twirler nowadays with an eye to set up a shoe shine when the spring showers dry up
