print over the date, it'd be shame to have this poster go unused for it's intended purpose. |

I think you should just print over the date..and put another date. It would be a real bummer to waste all that paper and time, when you could just have a little square over the old date and put the new beside it. it might not flow perfectly, but then it would give a little extra historical depth. i've seen that done a bunch.

yeah, i thought about utilizing test prints and unused posters for business cards. I just figured a million other poster folks are already doing that, not that there's anything wrong with it. I bought a Gocco printing machine about 6 months ago for printing small format items such as business cards. Now the company that made the Gocco is discontinuing all the parts, screens, ink, etc... and that sucks! |

that's how we do our business cards, a local offset shop doesn't mind sending our crazy crap through their presses to print on the blank sides.
nice poster. |

thanks. that makes sense BM... we'll see. I'm leaning toward altering the date for a re-scheduled show. |

whoa, like whoa. you'd print small ones on the back and CUT them. and flatstock is a good place to use them. is there something else easy i could help with? |

yep, bummer about the cancellations. sure hope mr. drummer gets his heat fixed up real good so they can reschedule the dates.
so, now that i've got a bunch of these just hanging out, would it be bad form to save them and "modify" the date if the show is re-scheduled? or do I just try and unload them at a discount now... any thoughts?
